David,

I would love to help but your question is too ambiguous.

ANSYS has a tutorial for a piezo-electric cantilever using FSI. I think that would be a good place to start. Neglecting the piezo-electric material, setup your model the same way they have and you should be able to make a considerable amount of progress.
