See sample command for inputting ECC as function of temperature:

*DIM, ECCTABLE,5,1,1, temp !define table size and temperature dependence
*SET, ECCTABLE(1,0,1), 50 !temperature input
*SET, ECCTABLE(1,1,1), 150000000 !ECC input
*SET, ECCTABLE(2,0,1), 100

*SET, ECCTABLE(3,1,1), 250000000

rmodif, mycid, 19, %ECCTABLE% ! modify real constant 19 where the ECC parameter is stored for contact element ! TCC is real constant 14

what are the numbers "0,0.1" meant to be doing? Go check out the command reference to learn how to use the R and RMORE commands properly else stick to rmodif as I have demonstrated how to use it in the example I gave.
